Summer Designs
My absolute favorite piece I have made this summer!
Details: Painted with a combination of Reeves water color paints and Windsor & Newtons acrylics. Outlined originally in black using a prisma color very-fine pencil, though after inking and painting there is no evidence of the pencil left on the front side of the piece. Lightly varnished with acrylic top coat on both front and back to protect coloring. 12.5” silver chain, attached in back with simple but sturdy lobster clasp. The piece itself measures a little over 3” across.

I just love these because they remind me of my big sister, she is one of those girls who can pull off bigger earrings while I look silly in anything besides a stud. Anyways I love these, I keep thinking I should name them after her, Melissa is a beautiful name to begin with...but I'm sure I will end up giving them to her
